The Power of Good Food

Did you know that 1 in 3 people struggle with food insecurity in our county? Neither did we until we started created the piece. The wealth gap is more prevalent here than most places in the country and its apparent when you start looking at those who are in need right here in our own backyard. Luckily our community is blessed to have The Hunger Coalition, which is addressing food insecurity in our valley and filling that gap. BUT the gap is widening, especially with the economic downturn we are facing. Now, more than ever, the amazing non-profits in our community need our help!
